All advertising is regulated by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). Advertising is not classified. Restrictions apply to the times when alcohol, tobacco and weight loss products can be advertised and advertisers have a self-vetting process for these products and for therapeutic medicines to ensure standards are maintained.
